This small kitchen was drab and lifeless.  A typical 1980’s plain Jane.  It was amazing to see it transform into a warm, modern, chef-worthy space on a moderate budget.

First things first.  Millenium repaired and refurbished the kitchen cabinets adding modern hardware and a valence for under-counter lighting!

A new stainless steel, chimney-style hood fan replaced the dated under-mount fan.

New stainless steel appliances set the tone.

A moderately priced butcher block countertop with double under-mount sink added warmth and pizzaz!  Also a new long-neck faucet for chic style.

Fabulous (yet inexpensive) lighting brightened up the space and the addition of LED ribbon valence lighting made the prep areas functional and fantastic!

To give the kitchen that WOW factor, we added a stunning marble backsplash (a little more expensive, but we only needed a small amount).  Spending renovation dollars wisely can make your project look like a million bucks without going over budget.

Rich hardwood flooring throughout the main floor of this small home gave a feeling of continuity and openness and made the kitchen in particular, cozy and inviting.

A fresh coat of gorgeous paint and VOILA!

It’s amazing to see how this dull and dated small space was transformed into into a stunning and stylish kitchen, fit for any chef!  This makeover was quick and inexpensive.  Wouldn’t you just love to do this at home?
