The Town of Newmarket is home to over 85,000 residents. The population is skilled, educated and savvy, with 80% of residents owning their homes. The mixture of historical and modern architecture makes Newmarket one of our favourite places to work.
Newmarket’s diverse neighbourhoods are a great place for families to settle and for children to grow with its thriving business culture, welcoming communities, big city amenities and small town charm. Helping our Newmarket customers to upgrade and beautify their homes and businesses has been our pleasure since 1991.
To the southeast you can find the high-end neighbourhood of Stonehaven Wyndham with its lovely homes and large lots. A little to the west is the neighbourhood of Armitage with its homes overlooking wetlands and trails teeming with wildlife. Summerhill Estates is a newer area of homes, schools and shops offering much to families. Central Newmarket encompasses the historic Main Street, century homes and original shopping areas. College Manor lies between Mullock Drive and Davis Drive and abuts the 404 to the east. Glenway Estates is located just south of the Upper Canada Mall and was built around the golf course that once defined the area. To the far north and west lies Woodland Hills with newer homes and great proximity to the Yonge Street and Davis Drive center. London-Bristol, Huron Heights and Leslie Valley are all neighbourhoods located north of Davis Drive and they boast lovely parks, conservation and commercial and industrial businesses.
Fun Fact: Newmarket was incorporated in 1880 as an official Town with a population of 2,000.
