We manufacture premium custom wood shutters and supply a variety of additional high quality window coverings. Established in 1999 by master craftsman Gord Payment (Dad) and sons Jim and Jeff, Millenium Shutters and Blinds has grown and now offers over 58yrs of collective expertise to every shutter we manufacture.
Millenium has a strong niche in the design community. We provide full service to our designer clients to ensure their vision is achieved and their clients are thrilled with the result. From measuring to consulting to manufacturing to installation, we work to ensure that each design project comes in on time and on budget.

Our shutters are individually hand-crafted to exacting standards in our Aurora Workshop . We know our customers can see the quality and value we build into every shutter.
You’ll love our installers! We know you’re busy so you will be given a specific time for your install (no 2-hour delivery windows!) Your new shutters or blinds will be professionally fit and leveled, tested and looking great before we leave. Your home will be left just as we found it too. No clean-up necessary!
Family man and Entrepreneur, Gord Payment established Millenium Shutters and Blinds in 1999 after working in the industry for over 12 years and seeing the need for change. Honesty, pride of workmanship and good value are the keys to his success. Gord has passed down his work ethic and knowledge to sons Jim and Jeff and is hands-on in sales, consulting and installation to ensure his customers get the best quality and service in the industry.
Eldest son Jim runs the shop. Versed in every step of the manufacturing process, Jim ensures that each shutter is made to exacting standards using top quality materials. Jim is responsible for designing each custom shutter and ensuring that all jobs are completed on time; a skill that our customers really appreciate!
Jeff Payment puts on the finishing touches! Whether standard or custom lacquer or stain finish, Jeff ensures that each panel is precision sprayed and to a smooth and lustrous finish. Jeff has a leading hand in our cabinet refinishing service. As father of 3 beautiful daughters Jeff is proud to pass on family values and skills.
Right hand man to Jim, Keith is hands-on in assembly and pre-finishing all of the products in the shop. Skilled with the precision tools used in manufacturing custom wood creations, Keith helps to keep the shop running smoothly.
